  • 4 x Cooking apples
  • 4 slc White bread
  • 4 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp Butter

Инструкции

  1. Peel and core apples. Cut slices of bread into circles about 2 1/2-inches in diameter. Place bread in buttered baking dish. Place an apple on each piece of bread. In well in center of each apple, place 1 tsp. sugar. Add in 1 tsp. butter on each apple. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Serve hot.
  2. Suggested Wine: Chilled Bordeaux Sauternes; chilled sweet Semillon.
