- Slice the peaches in half and remove the stones. Place them in a well-buttered dish. In a blender, whisk together the biscuits, butter and a splash of ameretto liqueur. Spoon some of the mix into the centre of each peach.
- Pour the rest of the liqueur over the peaches and bake in an oven for 20-45 min, depending on the hardness of the fruit.
