  • 3 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 3 ounce Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 ounce Chocolate or possibly vanilla syrup
  • 6 ounce Bottle seltzer water or possibly club soda

  1. In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey's, lowfat milk, and syrup till well blended. Add in the seltzer water all at once, that will produce 2-inch foamy head. Serve immediately.
