Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 12 ounce Semisweet chocolate
  • 2 x Egg Yolks
  • 1/4 c. Heavy Cream

Инструкции

  1. Heat chocolate, Bailey's and heavy cream tog over very low heat. Whisk in yolks, one at a time, mix will thicken. Whisk in butter. Chill overnight, or possibly till hard. With spoon make small balls. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, minced nuts, sprinkles, etc.
