- Cook beans according to package directions.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp. Remove from pan, reserving 1 tbsp. of drippings and drain on paper towel-lined plate.
- Sauté onions in the reserved drippings until tender. Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Crumble cooked bacon.
- Drain beans and place in a large serving bowl. Stir in onions and bacon.
