- Preheat broiler.
- Wash and pat dry chicken livers and cut in half.
- Broil sliced bacon 2 minutes in broiler in a single layer.
- In a skillet, sauté livers in butter also in a single layer for 3-5 minutes or until they are no longer pink. Wrap a slice of bacon around each liver and secure with water soaked toothpicks.
- Broil 10 minutes more in broiler, turning once or twice until bacon is crisp.
- Mix all ingredients in the sauce. Chill.
- Enjoy!
