boneless chicken thighs or possibly breasts thinly sliced bacon

portabella mushrooms

1. Slice chicken and mushroom into strips. take one strip of chicken and one strip of mushroom, wrap with a slice of bacon. Skewer with a round wooden toothpick that has been soaked in water for 1/2 an hour.
2. Grill over warm white coals till the chicken is cooked through and is no longer pink.
