- Crumble bacon and line pie shell. Sprinkle cheese on top. Beat large eggs and add in sufficient lowfat milk to make 1 1/2 cups of liquid, then add in salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour liquid over bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till golden brown on top. Cut into 4 slices.
