6 ounce cream cheese with chives 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk

25 mixed grain sandwich bread 25 bacon cut in halves

1. Combine lowfat milk and cheese. Stir to spreading consistency. Spread about 2 tsp. on each side of bread, thin cut in 2 pcs. Roll bread and wrap with bacon. Place on broiler pan. bake at 350
