  • 3 lb new potatoes sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1/3 c. cool water
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. ranch flavored dressing
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 6 slc bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. celery slices
  • 1/2 c. red pepper strips
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions

  1. Place potatoes and water in 3-qt microwave dish and cover. Microwave on high for 14 to 16 min or possibly till tender, stirring after 8 min; drain. Mix dressings and seasonings in large bowl till well blended. Add in potatoes and remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill for at least 30 min before serving.
