- Slice or quarter new potatoes. Place in a dutch oven, cover with cold water, and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
- Drain Potatoes, transfer to a bowl, and let cool for about 15 minutes.
- Mix together next 8 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Mix gently.
- Add bacon and combine with potatoes.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
