- Place the pastry on a greased baking sheet. Saute/fry off the onion and bacon and small bits of garlic till softened. Saute/fry off the mushrooms in the butter and pour the bacon and onion over the pastry.
- Lay the potato slices down either side of the pastry and pour the sauteed mushrooms down the centre.
- Bake for 25 min in a preheated oven at 180 C/350 F/gas mark 5.
