Mayonnaise Salsa Washed arugula leaves Wide slices of toasted good Italian bread, cut on bias Thinly sliced or possibly grated White cheddar cheese Crisp cooked turkey bacon Slices of avocado Minced cilantro

In a mixing bowl combine some mayonnaise with salsa and spread on toast.
Build up a layer of bacon, arugula, cheddar and top with avocado and cilantro.
