  • 4 c. grated cooked potatoes
  • 12 x bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  1. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Transfer to a greased 9-in. pie plate. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  2. Yield: 6-8 servings.
