- 1 tsp kosher salt

- 8 tbs crumbled blue cheese
- 4 slices crisp cooked bacon, finely diced
- Merlot Sauce:
- 1 cup thickly sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, sliced in 1/8-inch slices
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup merlot
- 1/2 cup cream
- salt and pepper to taste
