Рецепт Bacon and Mushroom Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms - 200 gms, sliced
- Leeks - 3 to 4 stalks, finely sliced
- Onion - 1 large or 2 medium, finely chopped
- Bacon - 8 to 10 slices, thick cut, chopped
- Groundnut Oil - 3 tblsp
- Garlic - 5 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 2 tblsp, finely chopped
- Carrot - 1, large, finely sliced
- Green Peas - 2 cups
- Rice - 4 to 6 cups, cooked
- Soy Sauce - 2 to 4 tblsp
- Eggs - 6, beaten
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Cook the bacon for 10 to 15 minutes until the fat comes out.
3. Keep aside the bacon and bacon fat separately.
4. To the same pan, add bacon fat and onions.
5. Saute until the onions are soft.
6. Add leeks, ginger and garlic.
7. Cook for 2 minutes.
8. Now add the mushrooms, carrots, bacon and salt.
9. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
10. Add peas, rice and soy sauce.
11. Mix well and add the eggs.
12. Stir until the eggs are set and mixed evenly.
13. Transfer to a serving bowl.
14. Serve at once.
