12 1 inch thick lean pork chops
1 ts of garlic powder

1 ts of Montreal steak seasoning

take a pork loin and strip all the fat and cut into 1 inch thick chops
place on a large cooking sheet cover with garlic and steak seasoning
and cook to desired taste
