Ингредиенты

  • 1 sm. jar each, prune, plum and applesauce baby food
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 c. oil
  • 2 teaspoon each soda, cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. nuts

Инструкции

  1. Put together all ingredients except nuts in large bowl, mixing well. Stir in nuts. Fill 4 x 8 inch greased and lightly floured loaf pans 1/2 full.Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min or possibly till loaves test done. Cool in pan for several min. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Yields 4 to 5 loaves.
