Ингредиенты

  • 3 pound smoked sausage, Kielbasa, etc.
  • 1 (46 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 (21 ounce) bottle of BBQ sauce (2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)

Инструкции

  1. Boil meat in pineapple juice 1 hour. Save 1 1/2 to 2 cups juice and put together with BBQ sauce and brown sugar. Slice meat and add in to sauce. Cook in oven 325 degrees for about 1 hour.Serve hot in sauce.
