Ингредиенты

2 x Avocados, peeled and cubed 2 1/2 c. Chicken stock

1 tsp Curry pwdr Salt to taste White pepper to taste 1/2 c. Whipping cream

Инструкции

1. Blend the avocados with 1 c. of the chicken stock in a food processor till smooth. Stir in the remaining stock and the remaining ingredients.
2. Chill. Garnish with sliced or possibly cubed avocados when ready to serve.
3. Serves 4
