Avocado and grapefruit salad: creamy avocado and juicy grapefruit come together in this fresh and easy salad with a citrus vinaigrette dressing.

Ингредиенты

  • 2 avocados Haas (see notes)
  • 1 grapefruit large or 2 medium
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tsp lemon juice fresh-squeezed
  • 2 tsp orange juice fresh-squeezed
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro garnish
  • ¼ lime

  1. Peel and section the grapefruit as demonstrated in the video
  2. Slice the avocado.
  3. Arrange the grapefruit sections and avocado slices on a plate.
  4. Whisk together the lemon juice, orange juice, vinegar, and olive oil. Drizzle over the salad.
  5. Garnish with the cilantro.
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste, squeeze ¼ of a lime over the salad prior to serving.
