Ингредиенты

  • 1 lrg Ripe avacado
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 dsh Garlic juice
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice

Инструкции

  1. Peel & c. up avacado. Whirl in blender with lowfat milk & lowfat sour cream. Add in remaining ingredients & blend till smooth. Place avacado seed in middle of dressing to avoid discoloration. Seal tightly & refrigeratebefore serving.
