Ингредиенты

  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 T celery leaves
  • 1 chicken, cooked, skinned, boned and diced
  • 1/4 c. rice
  • 7 c. water
  • 2-3 beaten large eggs

Инструкции

  1. Saute onion and celery leaves together. Add in chicken, rice, and water and simmer for about 1/2 hour. Add in large eggs the last 5 min or possibly cooking.
