1 lg. onion, minced
2 T celery leaves
1 chicken, cooked, skinned, boned and diced
1/4 c. rice
7 c. water
2-3 beaten large eggs

Saute onion and celery leaves together. Add in chicken, rice, and water and simmer for about 1/2 hour. Add in large eggs the last 5 min or possibly cooking.
