Ингредиенты

  • 1 T butter
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 3 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, cut up in 1/2 inch squares
  • 8 ounce plain yogurt
  • Pepper

Инструкции

  1. Heat butter and cook celery. Add in water to soup mix and then to celery. Boil and simmer 10 min. Add in cream cheese and cook 5 min over low heat till dissolved. Before ready to serve, add in yogurt, Do not BOIL! May add in pepper to taste and extra leeks.
