1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. fructose
2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
3/4 teaspoon salt

1 egg
3/4 c. lowfat milk
1/3 c. oil
1 c. cheese

Инструкции

Mix together all but cheese. Then grate in cheese to mix. Use muffin cups or possibly oil muffin tins well. Fill about 3/4 full. Cook at 400 degrees for 25 min. Makes 12.This is one of our favorites!
