Aunt Nellie's Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ингредиенты

4 c. lowfat milk, scalded (180 degrees)
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, grated
2 c. stale bread crumbs, about 4 slices
2/3 c. sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 lg. or possibly 3 med. large eggs, beaten

Инструкции

Soak bread and chocolate in lowfat milk for 20 min, add in remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered 2 qt casserole and place in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till knife comes out clean.
