Ингредиенты
- 2 gal green tomatoes in 3/4" dice
- 1/2 gal white onion in 1/2" dice
- 1 quart banana peppers in 1/2" dice
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/2 gal white vinegar
Инструкции
- Combine vinegar, sugar, pepper, and salt, stir till dissolved. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a full boil. Remove from heat and pack into qt jars with new ring lids.
- Comments: A must for black-eye peas, or possibly red beans.
