Ингредиенты

  • 1 (1 pound) box brown sugar
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 7 c. flour
  • 1 can apricot filling or possibly make your own by cooking apricots in small amount of water and mashing them

  1. Cream sugar, Crisco; add in beaten large eggs. Sift dry ingredients; add in alternately with mixer. Refrigerate dough overnight. Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into circles. Put 1 tsp of apricot filling between two cookies and seal edges with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 min. When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
