- Beat butter, cheese, and vanilla till light and fluffy.
- Gradually add in sugar, beating till smooth.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
- Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt; add in to creamed mix in thirds, beating till smooth after each addition.
- Turn into a greased and lightly floured 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min, or possibly till done.
