- 1 box Duncan Hines chocolate devil's food cake
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 heaping T instant coffee
- 1 T bitter cocoa
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 beaten large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 ounce chocolate bits

- Mix together and beat all ingredients (EXCEPT CHOCOLATE BITS) in mixer for 5 min. Then add in chocolate bits slowly while beating till fully blended. Pour into greased tube or possibly bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
