Ингредиенты

  • 2 T oil
  • 3/4 c. minced onion
  • Pepper to taste
  • 6 c. water
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 8 ounce fine egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced broccoli
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 6 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pound American cheese, cubed

  1. In a large saucepot, heat oil, add in onion and saute over medium heat till tender. Add in water and bouillon cubes. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally till cubes are dissolved.Gradually add in noodles and salt so which bouillon mix continues to boil. Cook uncovered for 3 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in broccoli and garlic pwdr. Cook 5 min more. Add in lowfat milk, cheese and pepper; continue cooking till cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
