- Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat till crisp and fat is rendered. Add in onions, stirring frequently, till very soft, about 5 min. Add in cabbage in four batches, mixing thoroughly after each.
- Stir in orange juice.
- Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring often, till cabbage is wilted, about 15 min. Stir in vinegar and sugar. Cook, stirring often, till very tender, about 15 min. Adjust seasoning.
