Ингредиенты

1 c. uncooked rice 1 sm. onion, minced 1 (15 ounce) can Hunt's sauce

2 c. water 2 T oil Salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Put onion and rice in pot and brown in small amount of oil. Add in sauce, water and seasoning. Cook till rice is done, about 1 hour and 30 min, stirring occasionally. Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
