Ингредиенты

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. Lowfat milk
1/4 c. Flour
1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1/4 c. Bread crumbs
5 c. Potatoes, peeled and sliced

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350. In large saucepan heat 1/4 c. butter; add in flour and lowfat milk and bring to a boil. Add in cheeses and stir, then add in potatoes, stirring to mix well. Pour into 9 X 13 inch pan. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter and combine with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
