Asparagus With Orange Sauce

Ингредиенты

2 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
1/3 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange zest

1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp salt

Инструкции

Blanch asparagus by placing in a saucepan and covering asparagus with water. Cook till crisp-tender. Drain off water. Combine orange juice, orange zest, butter and salt in saucepan and heat till thickened. Pour over asparagus and serve.
Chefs Notes: Not much room for improvement here.
