Asparagus With Honey Garlic Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb Fresh Asparagus
  • 1/2 c. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 c. Beer, Dark Or possibly Dark Ale
  • 1/3 c. Honey
  • 1 x Clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Thyme, Crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Инструкции

  1. Trim or possibly break off asparagus spears at tender point; rinse.
  2. In large skillet, in boiling water to cover, cook asparagus till crisp-tender, 3-5 min. Don't overcook. Drain and rinse under cool water.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients for the sauce. Pour over asparagus.
  4. Serves 5.
