  • 1 lb Asparagus spears, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh chives or possibly green onion
  • 1/2 c. Light mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated orange rind
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Healthy pinch pepper

Инструкции

  1. (DRESSING): In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, orange rind and juice, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange asparagus on serving platter; pour dressing over top.
  3. Sprinkle with chives.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
