Ингредиенты

1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 1 Tbsp. salt 1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp pepper 6 c. lowfat milk 20 ounce Frzn Asparagus Spears cooked and minced 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Инструкции

1. Heat butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Remove from heat and stir in lowfat milk. Return to heat, stirring constantly, till thickened.
2. Add in asparagus and cooking water; heat to simmering.
3. Remove from heat and stir in cheese till melted.
4. Garnish with paprika, if you like.
