Ингредиенты

1/2 c. butter 1/3 c. sugar 1 egg 3/4 c. flour

1 teaspoon vanilla 1/8 teaspoon salt sesame seeds

Инструкции

1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add in egg, flour, vanilla and salt.Drop by the teaspoonful onto a well buttered cookie sheet. Flatten cookies using a spatula dipped into cold water. Press sesame seeds generously into the top of cookies before baking.
2. Bake in a preheated 350°F degree oven till edges are golden brown.
3. Remove from oven and cool immediately on wire racks.
4. Makes 2 - 2 1/2 dozen.
