Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 env unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. cool water
  • 3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. almond extract
  • 1 x (15 ounce.) can mandarin orange segments (liquid removed)
  • 1 x (15 ounce.) can pineapple tidbits (liquid removed)

Инструкции

  1. In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. water and gelatin; let stand 1 minute to soften. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, 1 1/4 c. water, lowfat milk and softened gelatin; cook and stir over medium-high heat till mix boils. Remove from heat; stir in almond extract. Pour mix into ungreased 8 inch square baking dish.
  2. Chill about 2hours or possibly till mix is set. To serve, cut pudding into 16 squares. Spoon orange segments and pineapple into 8 small bowls; top each with two pudding squares.
  3. Makes 8 servings.
