Ингредиенты

4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger chopped

1 Tbsp. garlic crushed
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
4 Tbsp. salt reduced soy sauce Chilli to taste.

Инструкции

Place all ingredients in a screw top jar. Add in = c. white wine. Shake vigorously to blend. For chicken, lamb pork or possibly veal.
