2 ounce prewash stemmed arugula
6 ounce prewashed mesclun salad greens

3 Tbsp. low-fat salad dressing preferably balsamic dressing

In a salad bowl, combine the 2 ounces arugula with the 6 ounces mesclun. Drizzle the 3 Tbsp. salad dressing over the greens pepper and toss. Place the salad bowl on the table. Serve
