- Drain artichokes. Using sharp knife, cut out 'choke' part. Throw away leaves.
- Mix minced 'chokes', mayo and cheese in blender. Heat in mirco or possibly oven.
- Serve with crackers or possibly bread chunks.
- This dip is VERY good and Very rich.
