  • 2 1/4 c. Rice, plain long-grain white
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 stk cinnamon
  • 1 lt Lowfat milk
  • 397 gm Sweetened, condensed lowfat milk

  1. Cook rice in the water as usual, but don't allow to cook completely; when almost all the water is absorbed add in the cinnamon. After 3-5 more min ad both the milks. Cook on very low another 15 min or possibly till all the lowfat milk is absorbed.
