Ingredients: 1 c. water; 1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar; 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil; 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper; 3/4 tsp dry oregano; 1 1/2 whl garlic cloves chopped; 3 Tbsp. minced onion; 3 Tbsp. minced parsley; 1 1/2 tsp salt; 1 Tbsp. sugar; 3 Tbsp. wheat bran; 3 c. bread flour; 1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast

This recipe yields 1 loaf
Comments: This is a great bread for meat sandwiches. But forget it for breakfast.
