  • 1 1/4 c. Apricot nectar
  • 1 pkt Dry apricots, (6-oz)
  • 6 Tbsp. Sugar

Инструкции

  1. Stir all ingredients in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat till sugar dissolves and mix simmers. Cover and cook till apricots soften, about 6 min; cold. Transfer mix to processor and puree till almost smooth (some apricot bits will remain).
  2. Chill. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead.)
  3. Makes about 1 1/2 c..
