  • 6 lrg ripe hard fresh pears
  • 1 c. apple juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly reduced-fat Margarine.
  • 1 x cinnamon stick
  • 1 x 1 oz jar apricot preserves

Инструкции

  1. Peel pears, leaving them whole with stem intact. Place in slow cooker. Add in apple juice, vanilla, butter and cinnamon stick. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs.
  2. Remove pears with slotted spoon. Place in individual dessert dishes. Heat apricot preserves in small saucepan till melted. Top each pear with preserves sauce.
