3/4 c. Lowfat milk 1/2 c. Apricot Nectar 1/4 c. Crushed Ice

2 Tbsp. Apricot-flavored Brandy 2 c. Sparkling Wine

1. Blend first 4 ingredients till smooth. Pour equal amounts into 6 large, red wine glasses. Add in 1/3 c. wine to each glass.
2. Makes 6 servings.
