- Bring to boil, crushed pineapple with juice, sugar and water. Add in apricot Jello. Put in refrigerator to cold. Add in to cold Jello, celery and nuts.
- Blend Cold Whip and cream cheese. Mix both in Jello mix. Put Jello in mold.
- Chill till set.
- Serves 12.
