  • 1/3 c. soft margarine
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cloves
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 x egg Toppings:
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Инструкции

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Using electric mixer, cream margarine and sugar till smooth; add in applesauce, vanilla and egg; beat well. Add in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking pwdr and soda; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet coated lightly with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake for 15 to 20 min or possibly till proportionately browned. Combine sugar and cinnamon for topping; sprinkle over warm cookies. Let cold on racks.
